* Precision helical gears ensure smoother meshing, higher transmission efficiency, and significantly reduced noise levels during continuous operation.
 
* The material of gears is 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and the hardness can reach HRC58°~ 62° after tempering, cementing, quenching, etc., heat treatment. All the gears are processed by accurate grinding, and the precision can reach grade 6~5.
 
* RC series helical gear motor owns rational design, compact construction,  smaller size than X or B series cycloidal gearmotor under the condition of the same permitted torque.
 
* The products have been mainly used in chemical machinery, cement agitator machinery, printing and packaging machinery, mine and power transmission machinery, metallurgy, etc.

A: 14 months warranty after shipment. If there is a quality problem, please send us pictures or videos to check. We promise to send spare parts or new products to replace them. Our guarantee does not include inappropriate operation or wrong specification selection. Please send us usage details to check the parameters before ordering and operating.

Q2: How do we select models and specifications?
A: You can send us the required series code (for example: RC series or in-line shaft layout) as well as requirement details, such as motor power, output speed or ratio, service factor, or your application, output mounting form, etc., as much data as possible. If you can supply some pictures with a nameplate or drawings, it is helpful to select perfectly matched goods for you.

Q3: If we don't find what we want on your website, what should we do?
A:  We offer three options:
1. You can send us the pictures, drawings, or detailed descriptions. We will try to design the products based on our standard models.
2. Our R&D department is professional for OEM/ODM products. Please send us drawings/samples, and we can do a customized design for your bulk purchasing.

Q5: How about your product delivery time?
A: Normally, for a 20' container, it takes 25-30 workdays for the worm and cycloid gearbox, 35-40 workdays for the helical gearbox.
